Key Personnel
Nest Realty is guided by a board and run by a team of experienced professionals which ensure the effective and efficient management of the company. The following are members of the team.
Palmer Ofori-Nyako has a background in architecture, the Design lead heads the design team in putting together architectural design proposals. He does this in collaboration and consultation with other professionals in the building industry such as Structural Engineers and MEP Engineers. His functions begin during the pre-contract stage and continue through the post-contract stage as supervision of construction is ]part of his roles.
The Operations Manager oversees and coordinates all construction projects simultaneously. The responsibility for ensuring the commercial viability of the business units by working with the project managers to achieve efficient allocation of resources and an adherence to timelines falls under the domain of the Operations Manager. They also develop construction strategies.
These are Professionals in the building industry with a wealth of experience in the coordination and supervision of projects of complex nature. They report directly to the project team leader (Project architect). They ensure quality, planning standards and end-user requirements are adopted in both design and implementation stages of the project.
The Administrator is responsible for the corporate financial transactions relating to income and expenditure on projects. She ensures that cost effective accounting systems and procedures are applied to projects as well as H.R. duties. Administrator is also responsible for job costing for each staff and material inputs for a project.
